Our favorite reptile guy

We first saw this guy 4 years ago at the free summer library show.
He is fabulous! He says he first fell in love with reptiles from reading books and encourages kids to do the same! He loves to share his knowledge for reptiles, and it is obvious he loves his animals! I think seeing this show is one of the 1st things that sparked Tyler's interest in reptiles and learning about them in books! We didn't get to see him last summer, so we're so glad that his show came back this year! All of these reptiles are his own pets!
A skink
A lizard without legs! Yes, it is true! Snakes do not have ears or eye lids and this reptile does. He also looses his own tail when scared, to distract his predators while he gets away, then grows it back later. Interesting isn't it!
The very big rhinoceros iguana
carpet python?
Our favorite! The albino Python.
She was longer than the 2 tables put together.
He says he has to feed her a 20 lb pig once a month!

We all got to touch her at the end of the show!

How neat to see all of those reptiles in person! I can't believe they are all his pets, especially that humongous python!!!
