Wii Jar

Our kids have been wanting a Wii for a couple of years now.
We told the kids that it costs hundreds of dollars to get a Wii plus games, and that was not something that we could just purchase because we wanted it.
So... Tyler, after just reading "Where the Red Fern Grows" (fabulous book!!), decided that they were going to save their pennies and earn it themselves.
They found every piece of coin in the house and put it in this jar, and labeled it the "Wii Jar".
Tyler mows the lawn for his grandma, and Justin sometimes does work for her too, so they have decided that all (but tithing, and their small % savings) would go in the jar.
Way to go for learning to save!

Good job Boys! Next is the Missionary Jar! Saving is one of the bestand smartest things you can ever learn! :0)
